Gullybet not working: what to try

When people ask why Gullybet is not working, it is usually one of four screens: white screen after install, OTP that never arrives, UPI that SMS’d but did not credit, or a lobby that opens then dies on cricket.

White screen or instant close after APK

  1. Uninstall only the package you just added. Do not clear the whole phone.
  2. Download again from APK download on Wi-Fi.
  3. If Play Protect blocked it, follow how to install instead of a “bypass APK”.
  4. Still crash on Android 6-era phones: use the browser. APK vs browser.

OTP never arrives

Wrong number, SMS delay, or you are on a lookalike login. Steps: app login. Wait a few minutes before tapping resend five times; that is how lockouts start. Email OTP: check spam.

UPI paid, wallet empty

Stay in Cashier until a txn ID appears. Do not send a second ₹300. If the bank SMS is there and the sportsbook is not, that is a credit lag or a clone cashier. Support: in-app chat or cs@gullybet.com. Floors: ₹300 in, cashout varies.

App opens, cricket markets empty

Logged out every time you lock the phone

Battery saver on Xiaomi/Vivo/ColorOS. Allow autostart for that icon. Chrome tabs die the same way. This is not proof the brand is down.

When to stop retrying

  • Chat cannot quote a ticket after a day.
  • The only “fix” offered is a Telegram file.
  • Permissions jump to SMS-everywhere or device admin.
